The Board of Directors have to balance the needs of the business going forward and use their judgement to balance up a variety of aspects. We feel it is only right that the profits are shared with the members of the TEAM who helped deliver that success.
We don’t target a level of bonus each year but will look across the business each time to decide how best the profit should be distributed.
